Prices are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances (including weather).
REFUND & CANCELLATION
Cancellation fees are as follows:
20% cancellation fee 30 days or more prior to departure.
50% cancellation fee if within 30 days prior to departure.
100% cancellation fee within 14 days prior to departure.
Please note we must receive at least 48 hours’ notice from you when rescheduling a reservation subject to availability.
There will be no refund of any part of your tour costs should you fail to load on your scheduled tour. Our vessel departures cannot be delayed because of your late arrival. This includes events beyond your control, medical problems, airline delays, inclement weather etc.
There is no refund or compensation given for any prepaid courses, equipment or guides if you are unable to complete the tour in its entirety.
Please refer to Trade Practices Act 1974.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Divetrips.com.au highly recommends everyone have their own travel and dive insurance.
FLYING & SCUBA DIVING
Ensure a minimum of 18-24 hours after scuba diving before flying or travel to altitude.
Note: All tours advertised on this website which include scuba diving activities and flying use low flying air crafts in which flying after scuba diving is permitted.
SCUBA DIVER VERIFICATION
Qualified (certified) divers are required to provide proof of their certification level.
DiveTrips.com.au can help verify your diver rating in the case of lost/missing licenses but must be contacted in advance of your travel date.

ALL SCUBA DIVING
Age and medical restrictions apply to all scuba activities. Minimum age for certified scuba divers (qualified) is 10 years old, minimum age for trying resort scuba diving is 12 years.
MEDICAL DECLARATIONS
All boat tours require everyone complete a medical declaration form before participating in water activities. Certain medical conditions and/or medications may prevent participation in scuba diving activities.
These include, but are not limited to: epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, lung conditions, and heart disease. Contact your tour booking agent for more information if you have a condition or are taking medication that may be contrary to scuba diving to avoid disappointment.
